Admission Requirements
For Kindergarten, Grade 1, Grade 7 and transfer students.
Who May Apply
We accept students regardless of ethnicity, religion, gender, physical condition or social and economic background. For children with special needs, the school carries out an additional assessment so that appropriate support can be provided.
Age Requirements
- Kindergarten A: at least 4 years old by 1 July of the school year.
- Kindergarten B: at least 5 years old.
- Grade 1: at least 6 years old.
- Grade 7: has completed primary school.
- Children with special needs: parents are welcome to consult the school beforehand.
Documents Required
- Birth certificate
- Family card (Kartu Keluarga)
- Parents’ ID cards
- Medical certificate from a doctor
- Passport photos
- For Junior High: primary school certificate and letter of graduation
- For transfer students: transfer letter, latest report card and a good conduct letter (Junior High)
Files by Level
- Copies of the family card and birth certificate for all levels.
- Five 3×4 photos and five 2×3 photos with a background of light blue for Kindergarten, red for Primary and dark blue for Junior High.
- Primary and Junior High: certified copies of previous certificates and SKHUN (if available).
- Transfer students: a transfer letter from the previous school and a copy of the latest report card.

Steps to Enrol
- Registration (April to June): complete the application form, submit documents and pay the registration fee.
- Selection (May to June): a basic skills assessment for the level, an interview with parents and the child, and a health check.
- Results and re-registration (June): results are announced and parents complete the enrolment.
- Orientation (July): a child-friendly introduction to school life, with no hazing.
